Cooking Instructions:

Rule of thumb: 8 parts of water for every 1 part of pearls to be cooked

Step 1: Bring water to a boil. Once you have a rolling boil, add your dried tapioca pearls to the pot. Making sure that they are all evenly floating on the surface. Lower the heat to medium. Do not cover the pot. Let simmer for 25 minutes.

Step 2: You have to stir them regularly and gently, otherwise they will stick together. The pearls should be gently moving, but not rolling around. Remove the pot from heat, cover with a lid. Let it rest for another 20 minutes.

Step 3: Drain the water and run pearls under cold water. Add the cooked pearls to the sugar syrup/fructose provided. Let the pearls soaked in the fructose for at least 5 minutes for adding the sweetness. Ready to serve.

*Note: For best results, please consume within 4 hours. Store remaining uncooked pearls in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator for later use.
